I'm sorry for not updating last night... I had a really terrible night and did nothing but cry; I had no inspiration... I'm sorry:/ but enjoy?:]
"Zaria! Get back here and explain that!" Gerard yelled, picking up Bandit and following her back inside.
"No!" Zaria yelled back.
"Honey, please?" Frank called.
"No, leave me alone! Please!"
"Zar... Please?" Gerard called.
"No, I've got enough bad memories about it!" Zaria cried, tears starting to fall down her cheeks.
"Zaria, please? We can't help you unless you tell us what that is all about!" Frank sighed.
"Can we talk about it after we've been to the Way's? Please?" Zaria pleaded softly.
"Okay; but we will talk about this." Gerard snapped, walking past her to go and get everyone else ready.
"Zaria... Are you okay?" Frank asked, hugging her.
"I think so, Frankie..."
"What about... um... last night?" He whispered.
"I'm fine. It was just a mistake. It never happened." Zaria answered.
"Well... Okay... And you know nothing will come of it?" Frank asked.
"Shut up about it Frank. I'm not a fucking idiot; I might be 13 but I'm not unintelligent and I do have common sense." Zaria snapped, storming out the house with Ray and Christa.
"What was that about Zar?" Ray asked softly as they climbed into the car.
"Nothing. You got Three Cheers For Sweet Revenge?" Zaria asked.
"Yup, what song honey?" Asked Christa.
"Cemetry Drive." Zaria replied and started singing along;
"This night, walk the dead
In the solitary starlight
Crash the cemetery gates
In the dress your husband hates
Lay down, mark the grave
Where the search lights find us
Drinking by the mausoleum door
And they found you on the bathroom floor
I miss you
I miss you so far
And the collision of your kiss
That made it so hard
And I call you off the run
Singing songs that make you slit your wrist
It isn't that much fun
Staring down a loaded gun
So I won't stop dying, won't stop lying
If you want I'll keep on crying
Did you get what you deserve?
Is this what you always want me for?
I miss you
I miss you so far
And the collision of your kiss
That made it so hard
Lay down, way down
Way down, way down
Way down, way down
Way down, way down
I miss you
I miss you so far
And the collision of your kiss
That made it so hard
I miss you
Well I miss you so, so
And the collision of your kiss
That made it so hard
Made it so hard
Lay down, way down
Way down, way down
Way down, way down
Way down, way down
Way down..."
"Zaria, you're going to sing with us at the next band practice." Ray told her as they pulled up outside the Way's home.
"Really?" Zaria smiled,
"Yes, really!" Ray grinned. Once they were out of the car, Zaria hugged Ray.
"Thank you Ray," Zaria smiled.
"No problem," Ray smiled, as Gerard walked over.
"Ready to meet my family?" Gerard laughed, taking hold of Zaria's hand.
"I guess so... You think your Mom and Dad will like me? God that sounds so stupid!" Zaria giggled.
"It sounds like de ja vu to me," Laughed Lyn-Z.
"Gerard, honey; is that you?" called a tall blonde woman.
"Yeah, Mom it's us." Gerard called back, as she walked down the yard.
"Who's this Gerard?" She asked,
"Mom, this is my new daughter Zaria Armstrong; Zaria this is my Mom, Donna."
"Pleasure to meet you," Zaria smiled.
"It's lovely to meet you too dear," Donna smiled, "Donald! Get your ass out here!" She yelled making Mikey and Gerard laughed.
"Nothing ever changes in this house, huh Mom?" Mikey laughed.
"Of course not Mikey," She laughed, "Well you idiots, what you standing around out here for?" Donna grinned, leading them back inside.
"Hey Mom? You got any skittles?" Frank asked,
"Frank Anthony Iero! How many times do I have to tell you, that I will not fuel your skittles addiction?" She laughed,
"Under Gee's old bed?" Frank asked knowingly,
"As always," She winked, as Frank ran off to the basement. "Sorry, Jamia." Donna laughed.
"It's fine; he can keep the kids entertained." Jamia replied,
"Donald! Will you get up here! There's someone I want you to meet!" Donna yelled to her husband. When Donald walked into the room, Zaria couldn't believe it. This man had been her counsellor at her orphanage; he knew everything about her.
"Donald?" Zaria asked,
"Zaria? Is that really you?" Donald grinned, hugging her.
"You told me we wouldn't meet again!" She laughed,
"Well I didn't think any of my sons would adopt you!" Donald smiled, "How've you been?"
"Not good, but we can talk about that some other time huh?" Zaria smiled,
"Of course we can; you're family now. Which of these fine 4 men adopted you then?" Donald asked.
"Your oldest son. You told me so much about Gerard, but you never told me he was the Gerard freakin' Way!" Zaria laughed, "Aww, your my Grandpapa now!" She giggled.
"Hey! I'm not that old!" Donald grinned.
"Yes you are," Lyn-Z and Alicia teased.
"Aw, hello there my favourite daughters in law." Donald smiled, hugging them.
"How do you know my daughter, Dad?" Lyn-Z asked.
"Ah, well it's a case of patient confidentiallity. I'm afraid I can't tell you much; but I was her counsellor when she was in the orphanage."
"You were?" Asked Gerard.
"Yup..." Zaria smiled,
"How come you didn't tell us?" Frank asked, he had returned with a big bag of skittles.
"I didn't realise you guys were the people Donald had spoke about. He only really talked about Mikey and Gee... And well I didn't think it could be you guys so... yinno.." Zaria shrugged,
"Well I'm just glad you got a loving family," Donald smiled as they sat down for dinner.
"Zaria! Get back here and explain that!" Gerard yelled, picking up Bandit and following her back inside.
