It had been two weeks since stefan had found elle bleeding practically dyeing on the floor,she had been in a coma ever since she had her stitches as she had lost to much blood. Stefan had visited her for an hour each day it was around one in the afternoon stefan was sat just talking to her asking if she was okay,he was looking at the ground the looked at her pale face her eye lids started to flutter very slowly she opened both her eyes then she stared at stef.
"do i know you?"she asked
those four words hurt stef but he didnt show it
"i saved you,you were dying you slit your wrists"he said
"oh yeah i know who you are your stef i think right?"she answered with the same expression on her face.
he smiled then nodded
"why didnt you let me die?"she asked her voice starting to become normal again
she sat up and stared in to his brown eyes.
"why would i leave a nineteen year old on the streets and watch her die?"
he looked into her big green eyes and el stared back at him
"take it you was my only visitor right?"she asked changing the subjects
"well my friends ash and dru came thats all i know"
el sighed she looked to the floor for a split second then she met his eyes again
"my mum never did love me you know"she sighed again
stef looked at her legs,she was still in her shorts and was no longer under the covers
"why?"stef asked as he pointed to the long scare on her left thigh
"no one cared my mother handed me a blade and said do it so i spent most of my night cutting my self on that one i sprayed hair spray into it it made the pain last alot longer"
she looked at her legs stef could see that in her eyes she was ashamed of her self

the doctor came to check on el she was fit enough to go home he took the drip out of her hand and then the doctor left
el sighed she seemed to do that alot she grabbed her bag and put her things back into it she walked out the room tears began to fill her eyes
"you have no where to go do you!"stef said as he caught up to her
she shook her head then wiped her tears away
"i cant believe im saying this but um i have a spare room at mine and ashs flat look come stay with us a few nights yeah?"he was prepared for her to say no seen as he hadnt known her for that long but he was shocked by her answer
"you dont have to let me you know but its kind of you thank you ever so much,i really appreciate it because my mother probably wont let me go home if its to much of a hassle il sleep on a bench or something"
stef gave her a quick hug she hugged him back then they headed to stefs car it was only a half an hour journey but they sat in complete and utter silence.
they finally reached the flat
'wow this is pretty nice'el thought to her self as she stared at the white flat.
