  The first one is good too but the te secnd idea seems more interesting. there isn't enough Black Parade stories.

  I like 2 and 3 - not too keen on one, but that's a bit biased because I don't really like those stories. I think the third would be really great because there are hardly any stories about the Revenge and Parade eras anymore... combining them is awesome!! Maybe you could add in some stuff from Bullets too??? Aaah I don't know just do it!

  I really, really like idea one just because it gives you a lot of emotion to work with. I honestly love when writers can pull off stories like that and make you truly feel the story. I know it's sad and sometimes awful to write but when there is a point, and a lot of powerful emotion then it's all worth it.
  
  Number two sounds interesting as well.
