(Ephemera goes to the Roach Queen's lair, in a beat down factory. Everywhere you look there is insects, mainly roaches.)
Ephemera: hey queen, your services is needed.
(Then a bunch of roaches start to come together, they start to form a human shape body. Then the roaches mold together and form a woman.)
Ephemera: that's disgusting.
Roach Queen: what do you want?
Ephemera: it's time to do the your job.
Roach Queen: what's the job?
Ephemera: kill the Dhampir. You know that.
Roach Queen: okay, what does she look like?
Ephemera: she has red hair, and carries blades. You can't miss her.
Roach Queen: don't worry. I'll kill her.
Ephemera: I know you will.
(The Roach Queen dissolves into roaches. Thousands of roaches leave the factory and they travel the streets.)

(Meanwhile Rayne wakes up Luna.)
Rayne: time to go.
Luna: (half asleep.) I'm still tired.
Rayne: you have been sleeping for 8 hours now.
Luna: sometimes I sleep for about 13 hours.
Rayne: (to herself.) This girl is not human, but what is she?
Luna: but, for you Rayne I'll get up.
Rayne: good then. Get dressed.
(Luna gets dressed and Rayne sharpens her blades. They leave the building and head to the tower.)
Luna: where are we going?
Rayne: I'm going to the tower, I'm going to leave you somewhere where they can't find you.
Luna: but I want to be with you.
Rayne: I can't take you along. It is too dangerous in that tower for you. Luna: (Crying.) But what happens if they do find me? You said you protect me always.
Rayne: look kid. I said that, but you have to understand, if they see you with me, they'll go after you.
(Then a roach crawls to Rayne.)
Rayne: I hate these things.
(She steps on it. Then a bunch of roaches start coming.)
Luna: Rayne.
Rayne: yes Luna.
Luna: why are there so many roaches?
Rayne: I have no idea.
(Then the roaches start to form a human body, and in seconds the Roach Queen is formed.)
Roach Queen: you must be Rayne.
Rayne: Luna stay back.
(Luna obeys.)
Rayne: you are one ugly bitch.
Roach Queen: what are you talking about? I'm beautiful.
Rayne: I guess you never looked into a mirror before.
Roach Queen: it's true what they say about you.
Rayne: is it that I'm strong.
Roach Queen: no. you are a big mouth.
Rayne: okay, enough insults. What do you want and who are you?
Roach Queen: I'm called the Roach Queen and I was sent to kill you.
Rayne: you work for my father.
Roach Queen: yes I do.
Rayne: well enough chit-chat. Lets begin.
Roach Queen: you won't fight me first. You'll have to fight my roaches.
Rayne: those little bastards.
Roach Queen: it's true, that a few isn't much of a challenge, but imagine a thousand.
Rayne: you don't have that amount.
Roach Queen: you think so. Watch this.
(The Roach Queen whistles. Thousands of roaches come. Then the roaches go together making huge monsters. The roaches form three huge monsters. Rayne is amazed.)
Roach Queen: try to beat these roaches.
Rayne: this is going to get disgusting.
(The three roach monsters come in to attack Rayne. Rayne slices at each of them. Each slice cuts them down to size, but the roaches reform again.)
Rayne: what?
Roach Queen: slicing them won't work. They'll keep reforming.
(Then one of the monsters form a human hand and punches Rayne. Luna is horrified.)
Luna: are you alright? (She calls.)
Rayne: (getting up.) I'm alright Luna. These roaches are going to have to do better than that.
(The roaches get closer.)
Rayne: I wish I still had my guns.
Roach Queen: I heard that. The guns wouldn't have made a difference.
Rayne: (to herself.) What the hell I do now?
(Rayne decides to slice away, but no avail. The roaches go all over her. They completely cover her leaving her with no air. Rayne tries to get out of the roaches clutches, but more roaches cover her and bury Rayne.)
Roach Queen: looks like she'll suffocate.
(Luna watches in horror. She gets angry.)
Luna: let her go now!
Roach Queen: mind your business little girl.
(Luna charges in anger at the Roach Queen and punches her, knocking the Roach Queen down. Luna looks at the Roach Queen viciously. The Roach Queen looks at Luna with amazement.)
Roach Queen: no way you are human. Your too strong, but hitting me was a mistake.
(The Roach Queen extends her arm and punches Luna in the face. Knocking her down.)
Roach Queen: like that attack. I can make my limbs longer by roaches coming together and then the roaches stretch out. My whole body is made of roaches. I'm unstoppable. (She laughs.) Now I'll finish you of little girl.
(She extends her arms and grabs Luna.)
Luna: let me go.
Roach Queen: this is the end.
(The Roach Queen opens her mouth wide and swallows Luna whole. Luna falls inside the stomach of the Queen. Everything is made of roaches. Even her intestines. Luna is trapped inside.)
Roach Queen: my roaches will eat her flesh.
(In a burst of anger Rayne gets out of the mountain of roaches.)
Rayne: give her back bitch!
Roach Queen: come and get her, but you still have to defeat my roaches. Roaches attack her now!
(The roaches form a 30ft monster.)
Rayne: god damn.
(The monster tries to step on Rayne, but Rayne gets away. Then Rayne decides to go after the Roach Queen instead.)
Roach Queen: you fool. You can't beat me.
(Rayne slices the head off the Queen.)
Rayne: that will shut your ass up.
(Then the Roach Queen reforms her head. Rayne is in shock.)
Roach Queen: you were saying.
(The Roach Queen grabs Rayne and slams her on the floor. Then she grabs Rayne again and throws her. Rayne hit's a building. Rayne gets up.)
Roach Queen: (To her monster.) Kill her now.
(The huge monster walks towards Rayne. Rayne stands her ground.)
Rayne: I won't give up. I'll keep on fighting.
(Then a familiar voice is heard from the shadows.)
Voice: looks like you need help.
