I sat on my bed with my guitar out.
I strummed a familiar tune,the song from Dad's band.

I faintly began to sing a few chords,when Dad tapped lightly on my door.

"Yeah?"I call out,and Dad slips into the room,shutting the door behind him.
"Hi."He smiles,sitting on my bed."What you doing?"
"Just playing."I say.
"What song?"
"Demolition Lovers."
"Ah."He smiles."I remember that song."
"Yeah,you wrote it."I smile back.
"Let's hear you play it."
"Huh?"
"You heard me."He says."Play."
"Okay."I sigh,and began to play.

With this trunk of ammunition too,I'd end my days with you in a hail of bullets.

After I finished the song,I looked over at Dad.
I saw the tears in his eyes.

"Dad?"I say,shakily."Are you okay?"
"That song,is your mother's favourite song.That song."He smiled.
I put down my guitar,and hugged him tightly.
"I love you,Dad.I'm glad you're home."I whispered.
"Me too,Abbey.Me too."

A/N:wipes the tears away from my eyes Demolition Lovers,is my fave my chem song,off bullets.I want it sung for me one day.
Anyway,this is my final update for this fic tonight.
I'll update more tommorrow,since it's Friday,and I have no social life.
