For the same reason that the Kennedy clan, the Edisons the Van De Mere’s, the Du Ponts, the Carnegie’s and countless other wealthy families aren’t. He has money, illicitly gained, yes, (he followed the Thomas Edison model of business) but still money, and a great deal of it, and where there is money, there are always politicians willing to take a bribe.

I'm a bit disappointed with your "prophecy"
In my fairly extensive reading experience, one overwhelmingly constant 'rule of prophecy' requires them to actually be Heard... or what's the point?
Also, don't they usually precede the events prophesized? Harry's already almost halfway through wiping out the soul jars...
I appreciate how much work you put into the music scene. I'd love to hear that 'mashup' :)
