I just realized that I left out how Kimiyo seems to be making a ton of decisions that directly effect Naruto and the others, but doesn't ever even so much as run it by Naruto that she seems to be pulling Deus ex Machinas and plot twists out of her ass constantly. You likely have gotten more messages about the eternal life or ability to be a parent thing but I don't really get it after all even if Naruto impregnated every female in the known Naru-verse given that we only have seen 1 continent scale alone would make it so that things getting crowded wouldn't happen, even if the characters kept their eternal youth and all had virtually immortal kids once ever 10 or so years, as long as the heroes are responsible and plan for the possibility of quadruplets, for far more likely 100,000 years.
And then there's the rest of the planet. So while it isn't likely to start to be a pressing issue until Hiashi steps down as head of the Hyuuga clan especially if our heroes still have to keep the harem a secret, also I have a dad whom works insane amounts of hours, I mean sometimes he leaves for the office around 8 a.m. doesn't get back home till like 1 o'clock at night, but I don't consider him an absentee father, as he makes the time with us extremely precious and special. Thus the "have a kid and become vulnerable to the ravages of time" thing may be okay "for now" "HOWEVER" what about when a nice long vacation is required or when/if they have to leave the Elemental Nations because they don't age, and things like Uzumaki and Senju longevity stops working as a cover up answer?
Also I have no clue what Kimiyo means when she says "You know why" Seriously I don't get it.Author's response
Yes, Kiyomi is making those kind of decisions without consulting Naruto, but in this particular case it is one he is all for. Besides, it wasn't like any of the women were complaining about the other benefits that they saw. Quicker healing, faster recovery, and returning to their prime. This to Kiyomi was a gift, although one with a catch. Secondly, although this doesn't really tie into the longer reasons she gave, wouldn't children muck up the process. I mean sure Naruto could father Ayame's child no problem, but what about say Mabui. Wouldn't that cause people to raise some eyebrows that might make people question what is going on? So, it is a reason for the short term as well. But, like I said previously, she is taking a very long term view of it.
Now as to your personal situation, well I'm glad. But I believe it is because you see your father is making an effort. Thus although you would probably love more time with him, you recognize the realities of his and thus your situation. But, in canon that isn't the case now is it. Naruto really has no reason to avoid his home responsibilities and if he was going to, then he really had no business having kids in the first place. The Naruto in Eroninja is the same way. He recognizes that children have special needs, especially since he grew up as a child craving affection. Thus, if he isn't in a position where he feels he can give them it, he isn't going to have them. I feel needing to maintain what is around 70 or so relationships as of chapter 79, kind of means kids would be a burden which disrupts the balance that he has achieved. Not to mention going back to your personal example, you might not resent your father because he is working hard for your family's benefit. But, could you say the same thing if you knew he was having sexy fun times with a bevy of other women. Something tells me then you might begin to feel a little neglected.
Therefore, to me considering the long term and short term issues, it really is the responsible thing to not have kids. Having them regardless of those facts is all about satisfying a personal urge without, in my opinion, giving any real thought to the children born of those circumstances. It is assuming a person would be a good parent just because they want kids, without considering all the work it takes to actually be one.Eroninja

Kabuto sure is becoming an asshole after orochimarus death, but then again he was one already so its not much of a difference since he only went from right hand man to master in his plots and this one to use mito sure surprised not only him but everyone and I am sure he was beratimg himself for throwing such a powerful woman fall in narutos hands xD
Anyway kukaku sure is a problem child but so is mirajane who lashes out of heg past jealousy and insecurities but like kiyomi said they will vome around, unfortunately for kukaku it will come with a broken heart as baggage.Eroninja

Wow, a lot of major developments in this chapter. The most important one is the fact that Kiyomi gave Naruto and all of his lovers semi-immortality. This means if things don't go as planned and Narutos fails he can lay low with his lovers and try again later. The second biggest is the fact that Kabuto has more Pawns that he can use. The biggest problem is if he can keep Mito Uzumaki under his control a lot of bad this will happen in the future. I can't wait to see how Naruto will deal with this new development.Eroninja

Reading through this for the first time and loving it so far. Poor Kiyomi, girl has made another executive decision that's going to blow up in her face. The sheer silence from most of the harem during the immortality discussion is telling.
On the topic of the future, I do hope the harem begins to plan ahead. Honestly, I hope Naruto chooses mortality because if the harem sticks around too long, people are going to notice. Even if the whole harem moves to a private island or some other location, laws of causality dictate that, eventually, a rumour would begin to spread about an "island of immortals".
Not to mention the potential of creating Orochimaru knock-offs who are interested in obtaining immortality for themselves. Simply put, the existence, or the mere rumour of an existence of an immortal family of shinobi, is going to create conflict. Looking forward to how this idea develops, but I am wary if the story starts to turn into, "then they lived happily and eternally".
