Qternalanimator: Hi! Okay, this is my first fanfic here! R&R please but no flames! I seriously have no time for those and will just casually ignore them. I do accept constructive criticism though, with your help I can improve.

Archie: rips off tape from his mouth and kicks open cupboard Help!

Qternalanimator: closes cupboard door Ahem, I do not own Class of the Titans shed a tear or any song lyrics I put in here unless otherwise specified, yet I own the plot of this story! And if anybody tells a soul I have kidnapped Archie, I will come and get you and put you in a cupboard too! Not with Archie though...

Muffled cries for help from cupboard

Atlanta woke up, beads of sweat forming on her forehead as she grasped the sides of her bed in fear; those words rang in her head. She had heard them so many times and they still made no sense.

"Long live Atlanta, after she's dead..."

Whenever she slept, she heard a choir singing this same line over and over again. She shivered coldly and grabbed the crutches from the side of her bed. Her leg had been in a cast for three weeks after a run in she had with Cronos... well, that she and Archie had had with Cronos and an oversized monster that looked like a Viper.

Atlanta's secret love for singing had been found out and she had decided to leave, after a day of frivolity with the Muses of her mentor's brother, Apollo, Atlanta had decided to return to the Brownstone. Cronos cornered her with promises of safety and the fact that if she left the Titans he would spare her life.

Archie felt semi- guilty for letting Odie video tape Atlanta singing. He had been up all night trying to find her when he heard her shouting and had found her and Cronos. Naturally, he and Atlanta began to argue and forgot Cronos was there. Atlanta kept shouting at him to get lost.

Unbeknown to Archie, Cronos and the snake with seven barbed tails was advancing and if Atlanta hadn't swung Archie over her then he would have been severely injured instead of her. The monster swung its tails and knocked Atlanta to the side like a rag doll.

Atlanta had had a dream that night while unconscious. She was bound up in the air onto nothing but she had vines holding her in place. Her side was horribly gashed open with her flesh torn and the blood seeping to the floor. When she struggled, her side seared with hot white pain and more blood came out her side and dripped to the floor. She shouted and wailed for help and the voices came... "Long live Atlanta, after she's dead... Long live Atlanta, after she's dead..." The singing was hushed and menacing, it sent fear through Atlanta.

Archie sat at Atlanta's bedside holding her hand and telling her things he'd never usually tell anyone, though he never let it slip about his feelings for her.

Atlanta heard his voice and it calmed her, she didn't know where he was but to know her best friend was there helped and she dropped her head. The last thing she saw in the dream was a sign on the ground made from her blood. It was the infinity sign with a line splitting the two parts.

Atlanta swung herself to her cupboard and opened it to get out her clothes for the day. On the inside of the cupboard were millions of papers with that same sign she saw just before she became conscious again that night. It made no sense and she hadn't told anyone about it.

She combed her hair neat and pulled on her usual attire. She put on one shoe as her other foot was covered in the cast. She put her weight back in the crutches and swung down to the kitchen.

Athena was in the kitchen, slicing bread with a sharp oversized knife. Theresa was sitting there finishing off her homework, when she heard a shuffle in the corner. She glanced over her shoulder but nothing was there. She turned to her Ancient History essay again and continued her essay on Theseus. Athena left the kitchen to go and wake up the stragglers and left Theresa alone. Theresa felt her hair being brushed aside slowly. Theresa spun around, ready to lash out at the foolish party.

Behind her stood a tall woman, covered in animal furs and with small vicious eyes. Her face was covered in red markings that ran down her arms.

"Who are you?" Theresa ordered and clambered out her seat.

The woman had lightening fast reflexes; she skillfully pulled out a jagged ivory dagger and swung it at Theresa. Theresa ducked, covering her head and screamed.

Then, a monotone voice rang out: "For Ariadne's memory, Theresa shall pay... For Ariadne's memory, Theresa shall pay..."

Theresa's eyes opened wide as she heard the name Ariadne and as she stood up and looked at her essay, she noticed a peculiar sign had been cut into it.

Qternalanimator: walks out the cupboard I'm done! It's a tad short isn't it but I'm rather bored so I'm gonna post chapter two up next. And guess what? Archie has decided to give up struggling so here is his voice! I'm not letting him out the cupboard though!

Archie: What does the sign mean? Why is Theresa going to pay? Will Atlanta tell anyone about the dream? Will she even tell me? Only Qternal knows and she won't tell me. Please R&R! We'll both appreciate it!
