When Chelsea met Danny that night, he started off by saying, “I have good news and I have bad news. The bad news is that we’re not going to train tonight.”
Chelsea pouted. “Why not?”
“Well, the good news,” Danny said, smiling, “is that we’re going on patrol instead.”
Chelsea’s demeanor brightened. “Really? We’re done with training?”
“You still need to practice your close combat,” Danny admonished, “but yeah, I think you’re ready.”
“So… how does this work?” Chelsea asked.
Danny flew up high. “Just come with me. It’ll be easy. If we encounter a ghost, just follow my lead. I’ll let you know when it’s time to attack.”
Chelsea pouted. “Why not?”
