Indiana Jones? I hope just the mention and not some sort of cross-over.
Glad to see an update.Author's response
Indiana is a muggle and in his nineties at this time. It's just a passing reference, put in for the humor value. Thanks for reading!Luna's Hubby

Oh what a wonderful story you've written here. I've always liked Luna since we were first introduced to her in OOTP. This story has her having a tighter leash on her Luna-ness. Of course Harry is responsible for most that.
Selene is also and good character and I like how Mr. Lovegood is characterized as well.
Thanks for writing,

I'm always so excited when this story gets updated. Luna's just so much fun :)
Sooooo... is that a rhinoceros... or an erumpent? ;)Author's response
erumpent's I think are JKR being a bit too silly. An animal that blows itself up? No wonder they're almost extinct.
Harry's just going to be a rhino.

Still a very inviting story that I am enjoying immensely. My only complaint is that Harry doesn't seem to be maturing that much or at least that is my impression and it might be my perception that is the problem. Loved Snape whining about study groups. Nice original move with the rhino. Would be interesting to see the rhino square off against Bella's form. I like your disjointed Bellatrix, much more lost than manical. It makes me curious to know the reason she wants to find Neville. Best of luck continuing~JimLuna's Hubby

While I'm very much enjoying this story I have a couple of questions.
A rhinoceros? C'mon! Harry needs to be the Jaguar, or some other predatory animal not a quick tempered near-sighted ungulate with a sharp horn made of hair. Please tell me there was a problem with the revealing potion. A rhino. Please.
Will Luna and Harry become closer or drift apart? I would hate to see their troth broken - they are so good together. Any chance of an update anytime soon? (I'll update mine if you update yours. . .)
N!Author's response
Near-sighted, quick tempered, powerful -- sounds like Harry to me.
The next chapter (or two, if my beta finds some place to break it) is already being beta-ed. After that, however, there will be another delay.

snicker I love your references to, among other things, popular culture like Fireball XL-5, Dr. Henry jones, Jr., and Miskatonic University (previous chapter). In my case, esp. because I remember Fireball XL-5 from my early teen years and Dr. Jones from later in my adult years. On, the mention of the Sword of Longinus gives me to wonder if you'll have Casca wandering through, even if just in the background. :D
you've got an enjoyable twist on canon and I'm quite enjoying it.
