It was an odd thing, to see Gackt move cautiously around backstage as if expecting to be pounced on at any moment. It was a new Gackt that his band members had never seen before. Gackt swaggerd. Gackt yelled when things weren't perfect. Gackt made terribly dorky jokes. He fainted, smoked, and muttered things about Hyde that no one could ever really catch.

He did not creep around like a paranoid rabbit on crack.

At least, he never used to.

And then he would disappear for hours at a time without any notice, except an odd, sudden yelp and the sound of people running.

"I think he's finally snapped," You commented as he practiced a new dance while holding his violin. Step, step, kick, spin, step, booty shake.

"Maybe its another one of those foreign stalkers?" Chacha suggested. He was having a hard time getting the step-seizure dance-step part down right.

Something flashed through everyone's minds. "That red-haired gu-" And just as suddenly disappeared. "I haven't seen any foreigner around," You finished.

In another room, a whip cracked.

"Say my name bitch!"
