As always this was an excellent chapter. It is one of my highlights each morning to log on and print the newest chapter to this so that I am able to read it durining my morning tea.
I am looking forward to more of this and I want to say thank you for writing it.

I like the way this story is going as it goes further it just gets beter and beter. I expecally like the idea of an arranged courtship that you introduced it is something that I haven't seen in any other fic and expect to see more of when other authors who also can write good stories start to read this one and pay you the compliment of copping parts of this one into their own. Now the question is who is Harry going to pair up with? Personaly I like to see a Harry/Susan/slytherin or ravenclaw matchup with each women on equal footing as if each were hooked up with a different person and not just as one wife lord it other the other, how they get there is what would be the fun part.Redefining Summer

Nice blend of Harry being both more adult, and yet still very young and insecure. As usual, I enjoyed the chapter.

You know being a guy I have always been amused and slightly bewildered as to how with just one look from a girl us guys, can fall to pieces! Think about it us guys who are usually twice or triple the size of the girls, can most times bench press twice what the girl weighs can stomp some mean ole butt are literally scared shitless of girls, especially asking them out! Face it we just aint good at emotions!
I laughed my arse off when Hermione shouted "What!" when Harry called. I could just see the gears in her head a spinning thinking at first he was asking her questions on girls for himself, when it seems to me that she is in love with him, and then her father sitting on the stairs staring at her while she screams into the phone you called to ask me questions about girls because I am a girl! that got to be classic!Author's response
You know us girls make you guys fall to pieces on purpose, i could stand so my breast would brush up against my husbands arm in Walmart and he would start to turn red and stutter because it was in public snicker it's just so fun to torment you guys :)Redefining Summer

This is a REALLY great story! I recall reading a fic once, where Harry comes on a shop called 'One Mann's Treasures' that had a private floo to the security entrance at Gringotts. Did you write that as well?
You've made Harry a mature and reasoning individual, not the nearly psychotic kid that most authors of 'Harry in Summer' use. He's angry, ys, but he's willing to listen. I think that's what makes the difference.
I liked the hourglass ward indicator. This story gives a good reason Harry has to stay and a method to monitor the wards. Harrry's contacting the Goblins will definately not go down well with Dumbledore, who seems to have forgotten the mortar when he began to assemble his house of stone. Ginny's mental difficullties are another sin to be laid at his feet.
Harry really ought to sue the hell out of the Prophet! Even in the 16-1800's, from which most of the canon (and often the non-canon) laws originate, allows for reparations in the case of defaming the noble character, etc, etc.
Harry having to act as head of house and negotiate for a match between Neville and Hannah, was priceless! Madam Longbottom will be desperately needed as Harry learns of his heritage, and the responsibilities that go with it.
Hermione is still the wild card. As an H/Hr shipper, I would love to see them together, but I know that not everybody agrees with me. Since I'm not President yet, I suppose I'll have to deal with it.
I loved the way you dealt with the problem of Mr. Weasley's letter. Harry is a Weasley in all but blood. Leaving them would be as bad as leaving Hermione.
I have placed this on my 'alerts' list and hope to read more soon. AlorkinRedefining Summer

What another great chapter;
The Prophet are being a pain in the ass again... saying that he is dating Susan and Hannah, when he isn't.
So Mr. Abbott want a Marriage Contract Neville and Hannah. But Neville and Hannah want to court eachother before they decided.Redefining Summer

An interesting little chapter with some more details that make this story more three-dimensional.
I particularly like the developing friendship between Harry and Neville. I think that you have both of them in-character. You also write the side characters well (both original and canon).
You stick by the conventions of the independent!Harry story but avoid being too cliche. This is what makes the story worth reading.
