Chapter 8 Someone Named Lover

But once you knew a girl and you named her Lover

And danced with her in kitchens through the greenest summer.

But Autumn came she disappeared

You can't remember where she said she was going to.

Riku watched in silent amazement as the love of his life walked through the streets of the world Maleficent had sent him to. This was of course after he had been forced to listen to the longest speech in the world about these seven girls who were going to open some door. He had to say that in his opinion that if she wanted him to listen to that she probably shouldn't have been explaining it to him when he had just found out about Sora. Because really all of her ramblings just kind of went in one ear and out the other. In fact he had been spacing the entire conversation out up until the point that she said she would send him to Traverse Town. So, more than a little creeped out, he had walked through the same portal he had seen Sephiroth go through, and on the other side was this place.

The place seemed to be some sort of meeting grounds between all the worlds, just a place where the survivors could live out the little bit of life they might have left in peace. To tell you the truth the entire thing still confused him. He still had no idea what had caused this chain reaction of world collapses, but he had a feeling that if he stook with Maleficent that he might have a good chance of finding out.

After being fully ignored by all of the heartless in the area, (He still had no idea why that was) he had made it to third district and was now watching Sora from the shadows. The first obvious thing he noticed were the absolutely retarded looking companions he seemed to have with him. They were like a huge dog and duck that seemed rather annoying. He couldn't help but wonder how the brunette had got himself trapped in the situation of having to deal with those losers. Riku scoffed at himself, oh no he should be so much more thankful that he got stuck with Maleficent and Sephiroth...cuz they were just so much better.

Not being able to take not talking to him anymore, Riku took a deep breath and stepped out of the shadows. Sora still hadn't caught sight of him yet, and he figured that was a good thing seeing as how he was a shaky mess. Clenching his fists, he did his best to calm his nerves and said the first thing that came to his mind. "There you are. What's going on?"

Sora spun around on his heels at that, and Riku noticed with some amusement how his eyes seemed to bug out of his head at the site of him. The brunette's jaw dropped to the floor, and he rushed over to where he was. "Riku!" For God knows what reason, Sora stuck his fingers in his mouth and began stretching it every which way, you know as if seeing as if his lips were pliable could tell him if he were real or not. Riku couldn't help but feel all warm and fuzzy inside though at the attention he was receiving, but the mouth thing was really starting to hurt.

"Hey! Hey! Cut it out." Riku batted the teenagers hand away, but couldn't help but feel a little hurt when Sora backed away.

"I'm not dreaming this time, right?" Whatever smart ass retort he had been thinking of saying to Sora died right there. He had been dreaming of him? At that moment he couldn't help but feel extreme guilt over what Maleficent had shown him. If that had been Sora that lost the memories of them there was no way he could keep it inside. How long had Sora been suffering silently?

Riku glanced to Sora's little pets, and instead of saying what he really wanted to say, settled for. "I hope not. Took forever to find you."

Sora's eyes had completely softened, and maybe this was just wishful thinking, but to Riku it looked nothing more than Sora just wanted to collapse in his arms. "Riku." The voice was filled with such emotion, as if he had been so worried, but then Sora raised an eyebrow and asked the one question Riku was hoping would never leave his lips. "Wait a second where's Kairi?"

Why did it always have to come down to her, and in spite of everything he had seen in his memories why did Sora value her so much? "Isn't she with you?" Good job, make it sound like you were looking for the bitch to. Sora slowly shook his head, and upon seeing the broken look in his face, Riku had to say something comforting. "Well don't worry, I'm sure she made it off the island too."

He took a few steps closer, and gestured to where they were. "We're finally free." Though at seeing Sora's still worried face he added. "Hey, she might be looking for us now. We'll all be together again soon." He saw Sora start to perk up so he thought he might as well run with it. "Just leave everything to me. I know this--"

Riku's eyes widened as Sora jumped behind him, and cut off one of the many heartless that seemed to flock around him, but wouldn't even come close to touching him. How had Sora done that? More importantly why was he killing them with something that looked like a big key?

"Leave it to who?" Sora smirked arrogantly as he spun his weapon on his shoulder. This was just weird okay, Sora was the one that usually needed the help, not him. When had he become so self sufficient?

"Sora, how did you?" Riku didn't even know how to finish that statement, but then again he didn't need to because Sora interrupted.

"I've been looking for you." Their was so much relief in his eyes, that Riku could hardly stand to look at them. The duck cleared his throat, and Sora just seemed to notice that he had been staring. "and Kairi too, with their help." Sora motioned to the two overdressed animals, and he thought it was only nice to politely respond.

"Who are they?" He tried not to sound too spiteful, but he had a feeling that he hadn't really succeeded in that department. The duck opened his mouth to obviously introduce himself, but Sora cut in before he even had the chance to speak.

"We've visited so many places and worlds, looking for you." Riku couldn't help but let his heart expand as Sora said that right to him, as if his life had meaning now that he had found him.

Not being able to help being arrogant, Riku couldn't stop himself. "Really? Well, what do you know? I never would have guessed." It was in that moment when Sora smiled at him that he was almost positive that those memories had happened. He and Sora had really been together, they had been in love, and like normal he had been the one to fuck it up.

It was in that moment that his head began to slightly hum. It was like there was some sort voice whispering to him, drawing him towards...the keyblade? Riku's gaze glanced down towards the weapon in Sora's hand, and as he reached out for the metal blade he saw it disappear from the brunette's hand and reappear in his own.

"So this is called a keyblade?" Riku swished the light weight weapon around in his hand, still a little enthralled on how it seemed to call to him.

"Huh?" Riku couldn't help but smile at how Sora just seemed to notice it was missing. "Hey give it back!" The brunette was about to run over and tackle him, and not really wanting to be maimed, he thought he would take control before it got out of hand.

"Catch?" Riku tossed the blade to the brunette, and watched how the same goofy grin he knew and loved came back to his face.

"Okay." It was like he had already forgotten about everything, and just the prospect of seeing him again was ranked above everything else. "So you're coming with us right?"

Coming with them? Riku glanced at the odd trio, and for the first time considered what it is he might do. It's not as if he really had a plan now was it? He was thrown into a brand new world, and he had no idea what he was supposed to do now. Did he want to go with Sora? That question is really answered without a second thought, but what about Maleficent? He had promised her a payment for reuniting them, so what was he supposed to do now?

Though judging from the argument that was going on between the three of them, it looked remarkably like he wasn't too wanted. A nervousness filled his stomach as he watched Sora all but agree that they couldn't take him, and in an effort to stop himself from being sick, he retreated back in to the shadows.

Riku placed a hand over his mouth to stop himself from throwing right then. Did Sora really pick those two Neanderthals over him? Did he really pick two stupid animals over someone he was supposed to love?

"Hey what are you doing back here? Why'd you run away?" Well that certainly didn't make him feel any less nauseous. Riku stuck a hand on the wall to support himself, and turned around to face Sora.

"I'm suddenly not feeling too well...aren't you supposed to be with your friends." He couldn't help the way he said friend, he was just feeling really pissy at the moment.

"I told them to go to the house without me...I'll catch up in a bit. I just wanted to check what was wrong with you." It was sweet...really it was, but Riku couldn't help the nagging question that was running through his mind.

"Are you going to go with them then?" Now Riku was pretty sure he sound pathetic and whiny, but he couldn't help it. He was going through some serious emotional trauma right now.

Sora looked a little worried, and well a little guilty. "Well it's just there's this whole higher calling for me...and well Donald and Goofy have this whole secrecy thing." Riku gave a small smile, but he knew he had already lost.

There was something he had to get off his chest though, something he had to say before Sora left him. "I know you know." Sora, who had until this point been staring at his feet, looked up at that. "I know about us...what we used to be."

Sora opened his mouth to speak, and then covered his mouth in a similar fashion to how Riku had just been covering his. His eyes widened to saucers, and it was like he was on a different plain of existence.

After about three minutes of doing nothing but staring, Sora finally found his voice. "I don't...I don't know what you're talking about." Riku until this moment had a little thing called hope, but at that blatant denial of everything they had ever been, that little flame couldn't help but be distinguished.

His eyes began to get a little teary, but he bit through the pain in his heart. He had to get through this, he had to know where he really stood. "Are you trying to tell me that we were never in love? That we weren't together for almost four months?"

"Yes, we were never in love...I never loved you." Riku didn't feel sick anymore. No, now he felt absolutely nothing. How could Sora have said that to him? Riku collapsed against the wall, sliding effortlessly to the floor. "I have to go now Riku...will you be okay?"

How could he even ask him that after what he had just said to him? How could he think that he would ever even come close to being okay again. It wasn't fair, why had Sora denied him? What was there about him that made him completely and utterly unwanted?

Without even looking at Sora, Riku waved him off. "Yeah Sora...I'll be fine. Why don't you get back to your real friends." He pulled his knees up to his chest, and sunk his head into his knees. Despite how much he might want to, the last thing he could do right now was look at Sora. He just couldn't look at him walking away.

As he sat huddled in his little corner, Riku felt warm breath on his face. Sora leaned forward and placed a small kiss on the top of his head. "I'm sorry Riku...I'll see you later alright?" Riku gave a small nod, and listened as Sora walked away from him, and out of his life. For now at least.

He still couldn't even begin to fathom why Sora had so blatantly rejected him. Was he still upset about what happened on the island? Though now that he really thought about it, Riku couldn't for the life of him remember why Sora was upset in the first place.

Riku brought his arms up around him, and as the yet another lapse in memory was made clear to his mind, he just couldn't take it anymore. One can only take so many shocks to their system before they can't help but loose it. His fingernails dug into his skin, and as he thought about Sora, his memory, and pretty much all the other bad stuff that had happened to him lately, those nails began to rip even harder.

As the sound of ripping flesh could be heard, Riku could feel the blood begin to run freely down his arms. The strange part was that he was too far gone for this to even hurt. In fact he was too far gone to feel anything. Is this what it feels like when you finally loose it? Was this what it meant to be insane?

No, he wouldn't except it. You couldn't make him believe that this was all that was left for him. There had to be answers to all of this. His memory was just a genetic defect, and Sora...he really didn't know anything about it. Why that was you ask him? He was still getting to that part, but it's not like it was brain surgery or anything. Sora wouldn't just do that to him, so that means that Sora never knew about it. Wasn't it more plausible to think that some evil witch he had just met had more reason to lie to him than his old friend?

It did make some kind of sense after all. She needed him to get those princesses of heart, or whatever. So that meant that she needed to gain his trust. What better way to gain his trust than to show him memories that were ripped from his mind? How she had thought up such intimate details between him and Sora he had no idea, but he knew that had to have been what happened. Because that's just the kind of thing she would do, because she was a...

"Is everything all right Riku?" Speak of the bitchy devil. Riku looked up from his wretched thoughts and screamed the first thing that came to his head.

"Liar!" His nails dug further into his skin, and he was pretty sure that he was trembling. However Maleficent didn't seem in the least bit concerned, she merely raised an eyebrow at his comment. Knowing that she wasn't going to ask, Riku felt like he might as well elaborate. "You lied to me you bitch! Sora was never mine...we were never together." Riku broke down, sobbing into his knees. "He doesn't want me..."

Maleficent leaned down and pulled Riku towards her, in a comforting act Riku thought, yet he had never felt less comfort in his life. It felt like he was hugging a cold cruel skeleton, and yet he couldn't bring himself to let go. Well the only good part about all of this would be that at least now his fingers weren't digging into bone.

A cold hand came up to stroke his hair, as the bitch tried to fake compassion. "You poor poor boy. I never lied to you...what you saw on that screen was genuine."

No! He wouldn't believe it. How could that be true? If that were true then why would Sora do that to him? "Then why did he?" For some reason he couldn't finish that thought, but it's not like he had to. Maleficent of course had to try her hand at rubbing salt in the wound.

"Because he doesn't want you anymore...as a friend or otherwise." Maleficent pulled away then, and stood up, leaning against her staff. "He has found new companions that suit him better in his eyes."

He felt like gagging, she couldn't possibly be talking about. "That fucking duck and dog!" He quickly shook his head. "I won't believe it."

"Oh I don't blame you...but perhaps after you see with your own eyes." His aqua gaze shot up at that.

"My own eyes? And what pray tell would I be seeing?" He really wasn't in the mood to be seeing anything. The fact of the matter was that all he wanted to do at the moment was find some nice hole and crawl in there to die.

"What you're friend has replaced you with." She held out a green scaly hand. "Come..." When Riku gave her a skeptical look, she had enough grace to add. "please." Not really wanting to, but not seeing what choice he had, Riku grabbed the hand, letting himself be hoisted to his feet.

Without saying another word, Maleficent started to walk in the direction to the door to second district. The witch led him up to a lit up old house, and he couldn't help but scowl. "Oh so what are we spying now?" He crossed his arms over his chest. "Excuse me if I haven't resigned myself to window peeping just yet."

The sad part was that Maleficent gave him a skeptical look, as if she was calling his bluff. But truth be told he wouldn't resort himself to that. Riku shut his eyes as the a sound that remarkably resembled Sora's laughter filled his ears, and his resolve started to crumble rather quickly.

Feeling mildly disgusted with himself, Riku couldn't help but take just a little peak through the dirty bay window. Though what he saw made him look a little longer. Sora was in there, along with his two little pets, not to mention what looked like three other people. All in all it was a nice happy family. There didn't seem to be any 'higher calling' like he had been spouting about earlier. It just seemed like he really had...

"You see? It's just as I told you." Riku glared, of course she would take this opportunity to say I told you so. "While you were away trying to find your dear friend, he simply replaced you with some new companions." He could obviously see that, but did the bitch really have to rub it in? "He obviously values them far more than he does you."

Now that he refused to believe. How could Sora have just thrown him over see easily? Was he really that replaceable? Even though his mind was telling him not to believe it, he just couldn't deny what was right in front of him in black and white.

"You're better off without that wretched boy. Now think no more of him, and come with me, I'll help you find what you're looking for..." Riku had up until this point been silent, but at that statement he couldn't help but turn his broken gaze towards her.

"And what exactly is that?" What could he possibly be looking for now that he didn't even know if had a will to live anymore?

"You still love him don't you?" How could she even ask that! Didn't she already know the answer...the only answer that he could give to that question.

"Love him? Of course...I always will." He looked away, not being able to bare her gaze on him any longer.

"Come with me then." A little intrigued, he couldn't help but look back. She was giving him that same sinister smile she had the first time they had met. "I'll give you something that will make him happy." Not being able to ever deny Sora anything, even if that was happiness without him, Riku stepped through the portal and back into Maleficent's domain.
,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

Riku now was laying in his ridiculously big bed, just hoping that the chandelier that hung above his head would break and fall on him, crushing him while he sleeps. But alas that was impossible, not because that so called freak accident could never happen, but because he couldn't sleep. He had been lying awake for three days now, and he didn't have any sort of fatigue. Truthfully he wanted to sleep, wanted to probably more than anything in the world. But life wouldn't be too kind to him. Why would they give him that few precious hours of nothingness when they could instead keep him awake, miserable, and alone.

For the past few days he had refused to come out of his room, he had refused to eat, had barely drank, and as before mentioned he hadn't slept. But not from lack of trying mind you, he had just lain there for days with his eyes closed. All he wanted to do was sleep, no strike that all he wanted to do was die, but he couldn't bring himself to take the cowards way out. Well not yet at least, but maybe after a few more sleepless nights he might actually get the guts.

Every time he shut his eyes he saw the same pair of sapphire, tormenting him in every way possible. He saw the way he used at him, the way his hair would fall into his face when he was trying to be cute. Not everything of course was good, no he saw the look in his eyes from the memory where Riku told him he didn't remember what they used to be. He saw the way Sora's eyes filled with tears when he told him he regretted ever kissing him the first place.

Though during this current blink he saw something quite different. He saw Sora thrown on his bed, pictured himself kissing his way down his chest, he could imagine the way Sora would taste, the noises he would make when he touched him in all of his most private areas.

Without even realizing it his hand had traveled all the way down his bare chest, and delved deep within his boxers. He lightly touched his sensitive flesh at first, before fully gripped his hardened member, moaning as he gave it that first stroke.

Riku threw his head back as his menstruations began to grow, and it was in that moment that he felt another hand join his own. Aqua eyes snapped open at the feel of the cold touch. His head hit the bed frame when he opened his eyes only to be staring into the cold yellow eyes of what looked to be heartless version of himself.

"What are you!" He backed away from the all too willing hand, getting a little creeped out over the fact that this heartless had the same smile as him.

"What do you want me to be?" The voice sounded like the same that had been whispering to him about the keyblade. "Do you want me to be your precious Sora, or maybe this is more to your fashion." The face turned into Selphie from Destiny Islands, and the heartless girl winked at him. "Or maybe this." Selphie's hair shortened and her face changed into that of Kairi. The girl put a finger to her chin, as if in deep contemplation. "But you know what I think that this is more your forte." The girl's face broadened and her hair turned into spikes, and as Riku saw the face he had been imagining just a few seconds ago.

"Sora?" The heartless Sora licked his bottom lip, and reached forward laying a hand on Riku's chest.

"If you want me to be." The heartless began to crawl towards him, and before he even had a chance to protest lunged forward, connecting their mouths. Startled Riku opened his mouth, allowing a tongue to probe his entire entity. As the fake Sora pushed him back on the bed, Riku couldn't help but feel a little disgusted with himself. Maybe it was due to the lack of sleep, maybe it was due to the fact that he looked just Sora, but Riku felt himself kissing back. He couldn't really describe it but the tongue invading his mouth tasted like darkness, you know as if that's really a taste. It's not as if he could just say he tasted like chocolate or something. Riku grabbed the back of the heartless' hair, closing his eyes and imaging that it was really Sora's hair he now was fisting.

All of his senses were invaded with the feeling of swimming in darkness, and he suddenly couldn't think. As a matter of fact the only thing he could do is feel all the sensations this creature was making him feel. He didn't even notice when the band of his boxers was slipped off his waist and slid down past his knees. The only time he did notice anything was when that cold hand fisted around his growing problem, and his mouth flew open in a gasp, and that was when they were interrupted.

"Now this is rather interesting indeed." Riku's eyes flew open at that smart ass voice, and his cheeks turned a burning red. What the hell was Sephiroth doing in his room now of all times! With one last eerie smile the Sora heartless disappeared in a puff of black smoke, and as soon it was gone Riku made a grab for his expensive red silk sheets.

Once the sheets were securely wrapped around his waist, covering anything he definitely did not want Sephiroth to see, he though he would try chewing the bastard out. "What the hell are you doing here Sephiroth?"

The sad part was that the bastard had the audacity to laugh at his indignation. "I walk in to see you fucking a heartless." Riku's cheeks heated up excessively at that comment. "And you actually ask me what I'm doing here." Now here Riku thought he'd better interrupt, just to save a little bit of his dignity.

"I was not having sex with it!" Sephiroth shrugged indifferently.

"Fine getting a hand job from a heartless...I don't really see the difference. Either way you were letting some sort of creature fondle you in an inappropriate way." Crossing his arms across his chest, Sephiroth gave him a look that was just daring him to try to explain that one, and never one to disappoint Riku gave it his best shot.

"Listen you don't understand...I've been through a lot lately and..." Sephiroth didn't even bother to let him finish.

"Bullshit." Riku looked up shocked, and the warrior just seemed to be pleased with his response. "What don't I understand that you were in love with whoever it was that heartless was in the form of? That what you wanted to replace him after he no doubt rejected you."

Riku couldn't listen to this anymore, he couldn't hear what was probably no doubt the truth. "Shut up!" All he got from his outburst was a raised eyebrow so he thought he might as well continue. "You don't know me. You don't know anything about me."

Sephiroth pushed himself off against the wall he leaning on. "You're wrong about that...I know probably the most important thing about you."

Riku glared full on at Sephiroth as he made his way out of bed to find his clothes, sheet still wrapped securely around his waist. "Oh yeah and what's that?"

Sephiroth reached out, grabbing onto Riku's chin. "That you're weak minded...you wouldn't be in the position you're in if you weren't." Riku wasn't precisely sure what that meant, but regardless it still pissed him off.

Slapping the hand away, Riku couldn't help but ask. "Why do you hate me so much? What did I ever do to you?"

The man once again laughed. "Outlander you did absolutely nothing to me...and I don't hate you." Now that actually shocked him.

"You don't?" How could he not hate him? He always acted like he wanted to kill him, and when he wasn't acting like he wanted to kill him he was actually trying to.

"No. I feel less than nothing towards you." His chin couldn't help but dropping at that. Seriously how could one person be such a bastard?

Riku turned around, fully intending to get dressed, but his movements were halted when his elbow was harshly grabbed. He turned his aqua eyes to glare at Sephiroth, and was a little surprised to see a look of concern on his face. Well at least he thought it was a look of concern, it wasn't a death glare so he was going to take it as a look of concern.

"You haven't been sleeping lately have you Outlander?" Riku couldn't help the confusion that was filling his head. Why was he asking this? What did his sleeping patterns have to do with Sephiroth.

"No...not really." Now that would have been fine, but for some reason he felt the need to explain himself to this man. "I can't. I do try, but it never works. I haven't slept for three days...soon to be four."

The strange part wasn't how he had felt the need to open up, but rather how Sephiroth looked pissed at the fact that he hadn't been sleeping. No strike that, the strange part was when Sephiroth grabbed him by both his arms and pulled him towards him, crushing their mouths rather painfully together.

Mortified, Riku immediately tried to pull back. But the more he tried, the more his head began to fog up. He became dizzy, and all of limbs turned to jelly. Soon the silk sheet that had been preserving his modesty fell unnoticed to the floor. Not that it really mattered though, because as soon as it fell Riku felt strong arms lift him off his feet and carry him over to the enormous bed.

Riku wanted to pull away, he wanted to ask why Sephiroth was doing this, why he was kissing his neck, why he was beginning to remove his own clothes, but his head just wouldn't form a response. But he couldn't be sure that he wanted to respond, every touch Sephiroth gave him set his veins on fire, and now he couldn't help but arch into every little caress.

His entire body soon became an entire zone of pleasure, and he gasped when he felt one gooey finger enter him. "Sephiroth what are you..." But he never got any further as the man grazed the sensitive spot deep inside him.

Soft lips covered his own, and then traveled to his ear. "Relax Outlander...I'll take care of you." A second digit joined the first, and now Riku was twisting around in bed from both the pleasure and small jolts of pain.

Pleasure racked his body when as the fingers were preparing him, a hand covered his groin stroking at the same pace the fingers thrust in and out. He had to admit, even though he didn't quite know why this was happening, it was pretty good for his first time. As the fingers left him he almost whined at the loss, as a matter of fact he was pretty sure that he did whine, because a kiss was placed at his temple. "Don't worry they're something even better on the way."

With that said Riku felt something quite large at his entrance, and bit his lip as that something pushed inside. Riku cried out in pain as Sephiroth settled himself. Maybe it was because it was his first time, (even though for some reason it didn't feel like it) or maybe it was because Sephiroth was just so big, but it really hurt.

Words of apology were whispered in his ear as Sephiroth began to move, slow at first, but then more rapid. Every time Sephiroth hit his prostate Riku felt like a star had just blow up inside of him, and he couldn't help but scream when those star explosions turned into an all out super nova and he came between their stomachs. With a grunt, Sephiroth soon followed.

Sephiroth slowly pulled out of him, and rolled over to the side. Riku's breath was ragged as he struggled to roll over on his side. He felt like his entire body was sedated, and it was taking all that he had just to remain awake. He couldn't fall asleep though, he needed to know something first.

Glowing green eyes were staring at the ceiling, and Riku noticed in that moment how unbelievably gorgeous Sephiroth really was. The lone wing was sprawled at his side, making him look like a dark angel. He couldn't just stare though. He needed to know something. He needed to know... "Why?"

The man slowly turned his head to study him, as if wondering how much he should say. Finally he decided just on. "Go to sleep Riku...things will look better in the morning." As if on command Riku's eyes closed, and after so long he could finally feel sleep begin to claim him. Within a minute he had finally reached that oblivion he so longed for.
,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

Sephiroth, now dressed in nothing but a pair of leather pants, now sat in the chair next to the bed, just watching Riku's chest slowly rise and fall. Of all things he had expected to do when he checked up on the strange boy, sleeping with him had not been on the top of his lists. But it's not as if he had a choice, the kid was a basket case, and needed exactly what he gave to him.

He watched as his breathing became more ragged, and finally his eyes opened up. It had worked exactly as he planned it, and now he was determined to get some answers. Riku sat up in bed, smiling over at Sephiroth, and said in a very unRiku like voice. "Why Seph I never knew you cared."

"Ansem just shut up and get dressed." Smirking Ansem looked down at his acquired body, and then back up at Sephiroth.

"Why do you not want to get turned on by the site of your cousin's body?" Sephiroth scoffed at the man. Really he just sometimes despised Ansem...no strike that, he despised him all of the time.

"That's not your body cousin" He sneered that word. "So how is it that I'm supposed to be turned on by you?" Ansem just shrugged and made his way off the bed. Sephiroth couldn't help but follow his movements all the way until he grabbed a black silk robe from the closet, pulling the material over his shoulders so that it covered everything down to his knees.

Ansem turned around to see Sephiroth staring, and couldn't help but let his smirk grow. "Aw Sephy you're staring. Now I know I certain someone who definitely would not be happy if he found out what transpired here tonight."

Sephiroth's fists clenched at his side. How dare the bastard even bring him into conversation. "Hold you tongue Ansem or you might bite it off."

"Aww...are we a little touchy on that subject?" Ansem was smiling, but in all reality of the bastard wasn't in Riku's body he would have already knocked his teeth down his throat. Though seeing as how he was, he had no choice but to finish their conversation.

"I came here because I needed to talk to you, so I would appreciate it if you tried to keep all of your bullshit out of the conversation." Sephiroth calmly stated this, and yet inside he was still fuming over Ansem's previous comment.

It was then that Ansem asked a very important question. "How did you know that you could talk to me?"

He really couldn't say that he liked his cousin, but at least he knew how to ask the right questions. "That witch led me to a dead end, but in Hades lair I did happen to stumble across a seer." Sephiroth smirked at Ansem's obvious intrigue. "That seer told me that to find what I wanted I had to talk to the soul inside the chosen body, and that the only way I could do that was to get the chosen one into a deep peaceful sleep." Ansem nodded his head as if he wanted him to continue. "I only knew of one body that currently had two souls so I came here, and off the top of my head that was really the only way I knew to Riku into a peaceful sleep."

Ansem began a slow clap. "Bravo cousin, I never knew you had such genius in you...you no doubt get it from me." Ansem moved to sit down in the now soiled bed. "So what is it you wanted to ask me?"

At least he always got down to business. "Where is he?" Ansem's eyebrow rose at that, and he couldn't help but smile in that 'I know something you don't know' way.

"Wasn't it you who told me not to bring him into conversation?" Getting increasingly annoyed, Sephiroth's hand flew to his sword, which was resting beside him. Seeing such a move, Ansem's hands flew up. "Whoa whoa, calm down psycho boy." You could tell Ansem wasn't in the least bit intimidated due to the huge grin on his face. "I'll tell you where your lover boy is..." Sephiroth was really relieved that it was going to be this simple, but then the next word came. "if."

"If?" Of course the bastard would want something in return. After all nobody did something for nothing.

"Yes if Seph." Sephiroth scowled at the nickname. Truthfully if anything other than Ansem had called him that he would have already slit their throat. "I'll tell you where to find Cloud if you continue this little fling you started with Riku."

"Why?" Why the hell would Ansem want him continuing to sleep with his pet?

"Because I want Riku's mind and body as far away from Sora as possible, and you're going to get that done for me. After I find out that there's no possible way Riku will even want to go back to that keyblade wielding brat, then I'll tell you where Cloud is hiding.

His gaze was locked with Ansem's, and even though he didn't really want to, he knew he had no choice in the matter. When Ansem held out his hand he took it. "Done."

Ansem smirked before eagerly shaking back. "Good doing business with you." With that said Ansem's eyes went blank before once again shutting, and Riku fell forwards, asleep in his arms. Staring down at the sleeping boy in his grasp, Sephiroth couldn't help but think that whatever this was, it was certainly going to be interesting at least.
