Chapter 6:
The slipped out of the car and towards the side of the hotel and through a side door. Gerard explained it was a service for the celebrities from the hotel. They went up the elevator to the floor which was said not to be a room floor.
"Here it is," Gerard announced to Roxanne.
She looked around the hotel room, just getting to know it, but it made him uneasy.
"I could get you your own room if you're....uncomfortable or something," Gerard told her.
"Oh, thats okay. I like it here"
"You sure?"
"Yes. You don't have to be so nice all the time you know. Be rocker"
"What can i say? I'm such a fuckin good guy," he joked, amused.
Roxanne plopped down on to the couch, surprisingly comfortable. She took a sip from the soda Gerard gave her as he sat down on the couch to the side of her.
"Where's the guys?"
"Oh yea, they said they went out for a while. You can guess where they are right now," he said with a smile.
"Even Frank? What about his wife?"
"Frank can get away with anything"
"I figured that about him"
"What did you figure about me?"
