wow.. so u killed of harry's father... he won't be happy abou that.. especially with his best friend also gravely injured. so harry takes command of the league. and also finds out who he is. that surely should be interesting... i probably would like to see harry go into a bit of a meditative stage, where he is able to 'talk with his mentor/father', and it will also give you a chance to explain how harry cames to be what he is...
of what importance will the little girl be, who he saved from the DE and burned down town... i hope you keep her as a active character.
anyway, congrats and update soon.Author's response
I'll let everyone in on a pointless little secret. Rachel was never a planned character until I wrote chapter 6. However, Im not one to introduce a character just to get rid of them like that. Each character introduced serves a purpose. Even "Darky" from chapter 1.Harry Potter and the Order of the Templar

Hmm, I definitely get resonances with SW:III as well as several other stories. I suspect the escapees will prove much more important than either side realizes, esp. with that journal that identifies Jericho.
I still think my suggested rationale for the name "Jericho" holds, though I could see it being due to an anquished child doing a considerable burst of accidental magic at 4 Privet Drive as much as the aftermath of Halloween '81 in Godric's Hollow.Author's response
You know as I wrote that chapter I got the same feeling about SW:III. I swear it wasn't my intention. Myren was destined to fall ever since I started writing this story. The initiates themselves have no purpose and will be removed in due time to introduce some other peeps(little spoiler). Elizabeth will stick around, since named OCs are more important than non-named. As to the rationale of Jericho's name. I do like the idea you said, but I honestly can't think of a reason why he would explain it. Also Jericho was taken after Voldie blasted him in Godric's Hollow...I'm sure I mentioned that somewhere. And as much as I hate to say this, cause its another tiny spoiler, there are more survivors than Jericho, Marcell, Amadues, Elizabeth, and the Initates (though they're the only survivors from Myren). Those survivors won't split up and go into hiding because they serve a greater purpose. Some will, but thats all Im saying about that.Harry Potter and the Order of the Templar

Great so far...
Wonder how Dumbledore and The Order will react to having two or three new Templars -- not to mention a bunch on kids being trained as Templars?
Very exciting chapter -- and probably quite a team has emerged from it.
I very much wonder what more is in the journal besides Harry's story.
