"Gabe??" Simone thought to herself.
She still wasn't over the shock of waking up next to Gabe. They have
had a thing for each other in the past, but since Simone's heart belongs
to William, he never pushed it. Something strange was going on. Both
Gabe and Brendon were getting to Simone. She didn't know what to do.
"Ohh, if only William were here," said Simone to herself.
"What??" asked Emily.
"Huh?? Ohh I just was saying, umm it's nothing," explained Simone.
Emily gave Simone a weird and confused look.
"Wanna go for a walk??" asked Simone.
Emily put down her book and nodded. Then Emily suggested that they get
some icecream. Iceream sounded just as good as blood; which reminded
Simone that she lacked a refill of blood. Too bad all the Dandies were
vampires.
As they made their way down the street, their fangs started aching and
hands started trembling. New blood was approaching and the girls were
desperate to feed.
"Look over there," said Emily.
Simone smiled and Emily followed her friend's lead. They walked over to
a group of guys. They looked familar, annoying, immature, and pathetic.
Simone graced the boys with her presence, while Emily started to bite
one of them. They howled in pain and once the girls were satisfied they
left their pray on the sidewalk.
Simone and Emily whipped their mouths and skampered away. They finally
reached the icecream shop. They both got a cone of icecream and sat in
a corner, scanning everyone. It wasn't until they saw a tall,
beautiful, brunette, walk in with another friend. Emily looked at Simone and
gave her a look.
"Isn't that the girl we saw a few nights ago??" asked Emily.
"I think so. Maybe we should introduce ourselves??" asked Simone.
Emily nodded. Simone called over to the two girls. Simone said that she
and Emily were new to town and wanted to know if the girls wanted to
hang-out sometimes.
Simone's POV
They were obviously buying my little white lie. Poor things. Brendon
will be happy with some new blood in the mansion. They seem to be
interested.
"What are your names??" I asked the brunette.
"Kaitlin and this is my friend Cami," she replied.
Kaitlin. Why have I heard that name before?? Wait, she's not Patrick's
Kaitlin is she?? No no couldn't be. Or is it?? Ohh dear, Brendon'll
love me if I brought him a member of Fall Out Boy. But wait, what if she's
already a vampire?? That would be dangerous. Ohh, but Brendon could
take her.
Just then her cell phone rang. I listened closely to see who was
calling her. Aha!! I was RIGHT she IS with Patrick. Ohh I remember him. He
tried to stake me once when Pete was fighting with William. That jerk.
Who does he think he is trying to fight a Dandie like me?? Hah, he's a
mere child that fool.
Narrator's POV
Simone had invited Kaitlin and Cami back to the Dandie mansion for some
tea. The girls agreed and within minutes they had left the icecream
shop and were well on their way back to the mansion. It was dark and the
mansion looked spooky in the moonlight, but also alluring which made
Kaitlin and Cami want to explore it even more so.
"This is it. Home sweet home. This is where we live," said Simone.
"Ohh wow. It's beautiful," said Kaitlin.
"Thank you, I helped decorate it myself," replied Simone.
"Sugar with your tea??" asked Emily.
"Yes please," replied Kaitlin and Cami in unison.
The girls took a tour around the mansion while drinking their tea and
were soon met by two other Dandies. Brendon and Gabe. The guys were
dressed in black and white pinstriped suits and their white derby hats.
They introduced themselves to Kaitlin and Cami. Poor Cami fell under the
liking of Gabe. A VERY handsome and mysterious Dandie.
