Once inside the hotel, I found out that rooms were pretty short to come by. I would either have to share with Zac or Josh. But that seemed like a bad idea. Rooming with Zac was like rooming with a tornado. The whole place would completely and totally be destroyed by the time we were out of there. It's not like he did it on purpose, but that was the scary part.
Rooming with Josh would be another diaster, but for different reasons. I had no idea who I was going to choose. I slowly slid down the wall in front of the two rooms.
" Rooming problems?" asked a voice. I looked up and saw Brendon a small smile on his lips. I sighed, he nodded and sat down on the opposite wall.
" Well..between Josh and Zac, it's kinda hard to figure out who I'd rather share a room with. I mean, they are totally fun to be around, but Zac is a slob and well...Josh and I have-"
" History. Ya..Ryan told me." I nodded my head and looked off to the elevator. What else had Ryan told Brendon? What did Ryan really think of me anyway.. All he explained was that he wanted to be my boyfriend..I didn't know what to think about this. I looked down at my hands and wondered if Brendon thought I was a slut, if Ryan had told Brendon what I think he told him.
" What else did Ryan tell you?" I looked up at him shaking the hair out of my eyes. Brendon sat up straighter and just by the expression of his face I knew that he had been told more than my history with Josh.
" Nothing..just that. He has it really bad for you.." he said while looking at the elevators now. I studied his expression. What was that feeling etched on his face? Jealousy? No. That can't be it.
" Oh..ya. He kinda asked me out if you don't know already.." Brendon looked back at me. I was staring at my hands but I knew he was watching.
" You know...Ryan and Spencer are rooming together, Sasha is with Jon..I was gunna room with Eric, but I don't think that's gunna work soo...if you want.." I looked up at him as he looked down at his hands, a slight blush building in his cheeks. This was a great alternative. This way, Josh and Zac could room together and I can have a room with...Brendon? There was a fast multitude of warning signs passing through my mind. Little scenerios flashing through my brain. But it couldn't be worse than sharing a room with Josh for three days, four nights.
" That's an excellent idea.."

Three hours later, Brendon and I were cooped up in our room talking about high-school and what classes we hated most. Josh and Zac seemed a little curious about why I was sharing a room with Brendon since I had hardly spoken to him since the tour started. Josh seemed a little more than curious though. More like...angry. But he said nothing.
" So, have you thought about what Ryan asked you?" asked Brendon suddenly. He popped a popcorn in his mouth while staring at the tv screen. I bit my lip while I stared at him, he was really handsome. No! No. I do not have a crush on Brendon. This can't be happening.
" Well, ya. It's an extremely appealing offer..but I don't know him too well. I told him we should hang out more before I could actually make a decision..you know?" Brendon nodded, but I wasn't sure I explained myself too well for him to understand.
" Nah, I get it." we spent the next couple of minutes talking before there was a knock at the door. I got up, brushing popcorn kernals off me and opened the door to find Ryan. He smiled widely at me and waved a hand at Brendon.
" Hey guys. Uhmm..Hayley, there's a little party going on downstairs...you know, someones wedding.." I looked at what he was wearing and saw the casual blazer and his scarf. He did look quite dressed up, but not too formal. I stuttered slightly on my answer. For some reason I glanced at Brendon as if looking for his approval.
" Er..sure." I could almost hear Brendon tense up from my answer. " I'll call your cell when I'm done changing." Ryan leaned in and pecked me on the cheek, blushed and then walked away down the hall. I closed the door softly. Brendon wasn't on the couch anymore, I glanced around and saw that he was in the bathroom. I shook my head and quickly got dressed. I put my hair in a messy pony tail and applied some minor make-up. I used the real make-up for the stage. Glancing at myself in the mirror, I was ready to go. I started walking out when Brendon finally came out of the bathroom. He smiled meekly at me, his complexion pale. He sniffed lightly and told me he'd see me later. He grabbed a purple hoodie off his bed and walked out the door.
For a second I stood there and looked at the door before I decided I needed to use the bathroom really quick. While I washed my hands I saw on the counter some foil, a mirror and what looking like a straw. I stared at it for a moment before realization dawned on me.
I quickly pushed it out of my mind, not wanting to think of Brendon in that way.
After I called Ryan, he met me on the bottom floor and led me to the ballroom where a beautiful wedding was taking place. At first, Ryan seemed a little shy, not asking me to dance, but in the end he grabbed my hand and led me onto the dancefloor for a slow song. I placed my head on his chest and I felt at peace.
While we slowly revolved on the spot, I was able to spot Brendon sitting at a table alone, watching...me. He looked paler than earlier and he kept rubbing his nose. His eyes looked red and he seemed like he'd rather be anywhere else in the world.
" Oh my gosh! Are you Ryan Ross?" Ryan and I turned around quickly and saw a girl about our age. She was really pretty. She glanced at me and her jaw dropped further. " And you're Hayley Williams! Oh my god. Can I have a picture with you two...please!" Ryan and I nodded. I always loved meeting fans, ecspecially the ones that were our age. We quickly took the pictures before she gave a slight shriek.
" My sister, the bride, she loves your bands too. Would you mind taking some pictures with them?" Ryan and I glanced quickly at each other, then nodded. We followed the girl to the bride and groom who were revolving on the dancefloor staring deeply into each other's eyes. It was beautiful.
" Josh, Carmen...look who's here." the bride's eyes widened and she looked faint. I surprisingly pulled her into a hug.
" Congradulations on getting married. Sorry I kinda crashed your wedding." she seemed extremely shocked.
" N-No...I don't mind, this is so...amazing!" her eyes sparkled as she took pictures with Ryan and I, her husband in all of them as well.
" I'm sorry..but do you mind if I dance with Ryan?" she asked both me and her husband.
" No, it's fine, go ahead." I said while her husband took her sisters hand and led her onto the dancefloor. Ryan wrapped his arms around her waste and led her to the middle of the dancefloor. I stood there for a moment before someone tapped me on the shoulder. I turned around to find Brendon. His eyes were watery and it seemed he couldn't see me too clearly.
" Dance with me?"
