Andy nudged Patrick and, when he had his attention, motioned to Casey and Pete who were pretty much curled up together in the corner of the couch. They were cuddling at the beginning of the movie, and here at the end, they were asleep together, her head on his shoulder and his head resting on hers. Andy and Patrick looked at each other, shaking their heads, both smiling. “They do make a cute couple, don’t they?” Andy whispered.

“Yeah, they do,” Patrick replied as they got up and stretched; Joe busied himself turning off the movie.

The three left the living room of the suite and quietly shut the door, leaving the sleeping couple to themselves to make their way to the bedroom Patrick and Andy were sharing, where Patrick laid on the bed, stretching out, and Andy sat with Joe at the table in the room. “I’m glad he finally found a girl like her,” Andy mused as he folded his arms on the table and laid his head on them. “It took him long enough, but hey, hopefully it’ll last.”

“I’ve noticed that he seems to be really attached to her,” Joe said as he leaned back, making his back pop against the back of the chair. “I’d hate to see what would happen if they broke up...”

Patrick nodded and pulled the brim of his hat down over his eyes after removing his glasses. “I haven’t seen him this attached to a partner in a relationship for a while. Yeah he’s had his girls, but none of them are like Casey.”

“None can cook like her,” Andy chimed in, remembering with much glee the veggie lasagna she had made for them the night they went to her apartment.

“None of them ever invited us to a home-cooked meal,” Joe said as he locked eyes with the drummer. “That in its own caught me off guard.”

“Especially since you wee being a total ass to her at the time,” Patrick murmured, peaking out from under the brim with a playful grin aimed in Joe’s direction. “But on a serious note, at first I didn’t think they would last as long as they have. I mean, it’s been what five months now? Maybe six?”

“Early five,” Andy said before yawning.

“Point being, usually by now girls with Pete would have had him get something, like, extravagant, or plain and simple spend his money on them. She would have quit her job, moved in with him the first chance she got. She’s really good for him.”

“I regret how I was to her,” Joe mumbled, shrinking under the looks of shock Patrick and Andy gave him. “Don’t look at me that way,” he pouted.

“Sorry, but compared to how you were, hearing you talk like that is like... Wow, you know?”

“Yeah, I guess I can kind of see the point,” he said as he looked up at his band mates.

“Okay then,” Patrick chuckled. “By the way, speaking of people,” Patrick grinned at Andy, who immediately began blushing like a fool. “How’s that guy you met?”

“He’s doing okay,” Andy answered, although he currently wished Patrick would fall off the balcony that he had attached to his hotel room. “I got to talk to him earlier when I was having lunch.”

“So, when do I get to meet him?” Joe asked, lightly nudging Andy in the ribs, which made Andy blush more.

“You don’t. Simply put,” Andy ground out through his blushing before he buried his face in his arms. “I hate you. Both of you. Trick, you’re sleeping outside. Joe. Get out.”

Pete stirred in his sleep, sighing softly as he cracked his eyes open, cringing slightly from the crick in his neck. He lifted his head, wincing when his neck popped, and kissed the top of Casey’s head. Looking around the room, daring to move his neck, Pete noticed they were still in the living room of the vast suite, only the others were gone and the TV was off. Feeling his girlfriend shift, he looked at her as she lifted her head, yawning softly. “Hey sleepy,” he murmured as he rubbed his eyes.

Casey slid away from him and stretched slightly. “Hey grumpy,” she responded, lightly teasing him. “Sorry for passing out on your shoulder.”

“It’s okay, I passed out on your head,” Pete said with a soft chuckle as he stood up and bent his neck to each side, making it pop, making himself groan. “I think we’re even.”

“I think that sounded like it hurt,” she said as she stood up, giggling when he slid his arms around her waist from the side and kissed her shoulder. “Can I help you?”

“Mmm, nope. Noone can help me,” he smiled and kissed her softly. “Let’s go to our room.”

Casey nodded and followed after him as he made his way to his room, going through the door that connected the living room to his room. She went to the bed and sat on the edge as he locked the connecting door and made sure the chain lock was still in place on the door connected his room to the hallway.

Pete came to the bed and leaned down, capturing her mouth with his own, thoroughly enjoying the feel of her lips pressed against his own. He ran his fingers through her hair, loving the sound of the soft moan in the back of her throat, and deepened the kiss. When the kiss started to progress further, he slowly broke away from it, looking into her eyes as he smiled. “I’m so glad you came out here to see me Casey baby,” he whispered as he brushed her hair from her face.

Casey smiled up at Pete, pressing her cheek into his palm when he cupped her face. “So am I Pete, so am I.”
