'And this morning you may find that your thermometer reads 35 degrees farenheit. Unfortunetly the
average temperature has dropped five degrees in the past two hours so be sure when your heading out
to grab the warmest coat possible.'
"Great yeah just let me go grab my parka," Pepper Wright mumbled into her pillow as she hit the
'SNOOZE' button on her alarm clock/radio before slowly climbing out of bed.
Yawning she toddled to her bedroom door.Once in the short hallway she walked over to her roommate's door and opened it.
"Hey Iz. Wake up," she said as she walked into the room.
"Idunwanoo.Imthick,"replied the figure under the blanket.
"Your what?," Pepper asked slowly easing the blanket off her friend, "Ugh. Are you sick or
something?"
Izzy looked at Pepper like she could kill her.
"Yes."
"Oh well then I guess you won't be going to class. I'll get your assignment. Later. Get some
sleep."
"Gladly,"Izzy replied pulling the blanket back over herself.

Once she pulled on her black and silver coat over her My Chemical Romance hoodie Pepper picked up
her keys and walked out the door, locking it behind her.
Taking the steps as fast as she could
without falling, Pepper headed down and of out the apartment complex's main office and into the cold
air.
Hands in pockets with her bookbag on her bag she ran the block and a half to the local
Starbuck's. 10 minutes later Pepper was on the city bus with a Venti sized steaming cup of Caramel
Macchiato.
Pepper had only begun sipping her coffe when the start of her horrible day began. The bus
had just turned onto S.Maryland Parkway when it stopped to pick up several people.
One of these people happeded to be a fat man. Not to be mean or anything but he obviously didn't wear a size 5 in girls jeans.
Anyway he stopped at Pepper's seat and not even asking her to move her bag the man picked it up, threw it in it's owner's lap, and just plopped his self down.
The impact jarring Pepper's hand causing her to spill a $5.00 cup of coffee down her jacket.
"Damn it. Could you be any more rude!?," Pepper practically screamed as everyone turned to look at her.
The man just stared ahead.
"Obviously you can. Now move sir this is my stop. If you don't I will pour my remaining coffe down
YOUR shirt front,"Pepper said seething.
Taking her threat to heart the man moved with a speed Pepper would never have guessed for a man his
size.
As she got off the bus she took on last sip of her coffee and threw the cup in the nearest trash can.
"First Izzy's sick with the flu or something then some rude man spill my coffee. This day couldn't
get any worse," Pepper muttered as she walking inside the University's main door.
