I got quite a laugh out of this. Recognizing what it was waaaay before the clueless Arthur and going, oh no, oh no, oh no . . . poor, silly wizard, bless him.
"Maybe Harry, Luna and Gin (this nickname would finally be suitable) would become parts of a traveling circus, freaks that they are?"

Your formatting needs some work. Since ficwad has a tendency to eat tabs, I recommend adding an extra carriage return between paragraphs. That would make this much easier to read.
Numbers that take two words or fewer to say are best written out.

As soon as you described the heavy metal cylinder, surrunded by guards in funny suits, I thought to myself, "Where on Earth did Arthur find a nuclear weapon?"
The radiation symbol only confirmed my suspicions.
Add Power and it goes BOOM!
This was funny and more than a bit distrurbing.

IIRC, the bomb that stopped at 007 was in Goldfinger. It was very big --- Bond was handcuffed to it --- and they removed the fissionable material from it.
Good story though =)Arthur Weasley's newest toy
