And yeah, what about magical creatures like a house elf? Veela?
As a matter of fact has Tommy attacked other creatures?

- In a world with out enough magic to support them, magical beings just... fade away. Maybe someday if enough magic returns, so will the magical creatures.

- Human/Magical being hybrids lose their magic and become wholly human.
