  Harry just married Firenze to Laurel, right?
  
  Good chapter. The end was a bit of a downer and didn't really seem well planned tho'. They could have done several things pretty easily that would have really given them the advantage.

  Hmmm, I afraid to ask. (I'm reminded of a recent new fic by Rorschocks Blot where the Death Eaters apparate away to escape death, and the people they were torturing go "why didn't we think of that?" I'm not sure what you're thinking, but "Why didn't I think of that?")

  Good chapter, sorry about Seamus; but at least it wasn't one of the girls. Sorry, but Seamus was pretty much a non-entity as a character, so it's hard to feel bad that he's dead.

  While it looks to me that you were planning to go to this more serious and dangerous world from the start, I, like Harry, miss the more light heartedness of the early summer.

  Good chapter. Of course, Harry made tactical and strategic errors -- for example, why weren't apparition wards in place except for designated spots -- especially for outbound jumps?
  
  Harry being young and untrained in real tactics we would expect errors but that his post-op analysis consisted of pointless "woe is me" whining seems like backsliding for this Harry.
  
  Scrimgeour needs a little explaining too. It seems doubtfully OOC that he would both believe Harry's information AND not strap him down for weeks while replacing Harry's blood with Veritaserum.
  
  Still very good story and the only real problem is the abrupt ending and the long wait for a sequel! If each "book" is only one season will the series get finished?

  Ummm...why didn't Harry march directly from battle into Draco's compartment and hex the living shit out of the ferret and his cronies then go and breast-beat with the girls?
  The scene between Dumbles and Scrimgoeur was excellent, especially with Dumbles still only thinking in terms of his own agenda and manipulations.
  Glad the Centaurs are happy, and with Harry's level of magic, Hogwarts will be hip-deep in foals in no time.
  All over - a fine chapter. I am keenly awaiting the next.

  i dont get why harry didnt blast malfoy and his goons once he learned what they were up to? otherwise, overall a very fine chapter, very exciting. looking forward to the next update! read ya later:(

  good ending chapter. It shows that harry still has a lot to learn and is not suddenly the perfect war general. While i wish Draco would have just been balsted i can see why he wasn't since all he really did was show up early. Looking forward to the next book later.
