“Hilary what happened?” Kelsey asked walking into the room with a cup of green tea in her hands handing it to Hilary
Hilary grabbed the cup, “I’m just fucking pissed and upset”
“What did Joel do?” she asked sitting next to Hilary
Hilary took a sip of her green tea, “well I told him I'm tired of playing games with him and that he needed to decide what the fuck he wanted and I told him he didn't act like he loved me and you know what he said to me?”
“What?” Kelsey asked watching her
Hilary looked at her, “he had the fucking nerve to accuse me that I didn't love him!” she pointed to herself, “I fucking love him with all my heart!”
Kelsey rolled her eyes, “Joel is so fucking stupid! God I hate him sometimes”
“Yeah so do I” Hilary said putting her chin in her hands
At Joel's House
Benji walked into the living room where Joel was sitting looking through the DCMA Collective wardrobe. He sat the pictures down on the coffee table studying them. Benji walked up and sat down across from him, ”hey what’s up?” he said
“Not much just looking at the DCMA clothes” he said looking up at Benji
Benji nodded looking at him, “So tell me what’s on your mind right now? I mean with everything going on”
“Benji I really don't want to talk about this” Joel said looking back at the papers
Benji took the papers away, “Joel we need to talk about this. You haven't been the Joel I know lately. What is up?”
Joel looked up at him, “I don't know Benji! I'm sorry geez”
“Joel do I have to remind you that you have a little baby girl on the way?” Benji said looking at him, “she’ll be here in three and a half months”
Joel looked at him annoyed, “yes Benji I know I have a daughter on the way”
“Then you need to figure out what the fuck you want Joel. You are treating Hilary like shit and you were the one that wanted to be with her and now look. You're fucking it all up. You fucked it up when you cheated on her, when you went out with Nicole Richie causing her to almost have a miscarriage and now you're dating Hilary Duff? What is wrong with you?!” Benji said getting frustrated
“Honestly I don't know what to do Benji!” Joel said throwing his arms out, “I want to be with Hilary but i just don't know anymore...”
Benji sighed, “Joel I know you want to be with her and you got to make things right with her. She’s trying and you're not cooperating. Your guy's relationship is so fucked up right now!”
“Benji I know its so fucked up! I just don't know...” Joel said rubbing his face with his hands, “I need to think about this”
Benji sat up, ”alright we'll I'm going to go. Call me if you need me”
“Alright” Joel called after Benji as he left the house.
Later that night
Kelsey sat down on the couch talking on the phone with Hilary's father, Eminem aka Marshall Mathers. She looked around, “okay so when are you coming again?” she asked
“I will be there in the morning” Em said into the phone
“Okay are you sure you really wanna come?” Kelsey asked looking at her nails
Em laughed, “Yes I'm sure. Hilary could use me right now since she’s been upset lately”
Kelsey smiled, ”yeah you're totally right. Alright Em I will see you tomorrow then”
“All right Kelsey” he said, “I’ll talk to you later” she said hanging up the phone.
Meanwhile upstairs Hilary was lying in bed trying to sleep. She had her pregnancy pillow but still couldn't get comfortable. She kept rolling around switching sides but still had no luck. She layed on her back but sat up, “god I hate being pregnant! I wanna sleep!” she said out loud to herself. She threw her legs over the bed lifting herself up off the bed. She walked out of her room and made her way downstairs. She got down the steps and looked around, “Kelsey?” she said loudly
“I'm in the living room!” Kelsey yelled
Hilary walked into the living room and sat down on the other side of the couch, “Kelsey I can’t sleep”
“Aww Hilary I'm sorry!” Kelsey said looking at her
“I hate being pregnant” she said getting teary, “I cant sleep because I'm always uncomfortable, my feet hurt, my boobs hurt, my stupid hormones have to run all the time and make me cry all the time. I fucking hate it!” she said wiping tears away
Kelsey scooted over by her and hugged her, “Hilary if I could help you I so would. Is there anything I can do?”
“Help me sleep please” Hilary said laying her head on her chest
“Come on Hilary I'll come upstairs with you and sit with you until you fall asleep okay?” Kelsey said looking down at her
Hilary sat up, ”alright” she said getting up as the doorbell rang
“I’ll get it.. hold on I'll be back” Kelsey said walking out of the living room. She walked up to the door opening it revealing Benji standing there, ”hey Benji! What are you doing here so late?” she asked moving for him to come in
Benji walked in smiling, “I got really bored so I came to see if you were up”
“Yeah I'm up. I was just about ready to go upstairs with Hilary. She can’t sleep” Kelsey said following Benji into the living room
“I’ll help” Benji said
As they walked into the living room Hilary saw Benji, ”hey Benji” she said sniffing back tears
“Hey Hil I'm gonna help Kelsey put you to sleep” he said walking up to her and giving her a quick hug
“Alright” Hilary said as she made her way upstairs with Benji and Kelsey following her.
The three of them walked into Hilary's room. Benji and Kelsey sat on the bed as Hilary layed down trying to get comfortable. Once she got comfortable Kelsey and Benji layed down next to her. Benji was about to sing to her when the doorbell rang again.
Benji looked at Kelsey, “do you want me to go get it?”
Kelsey nodded her yes and Benji got up walking out of the door. He got downstairs and opened the door seeing his twin brother standing there, ”hey Joel. Whatcha doing here?” he asked letting him in
“I came to talk to Hilary” he said looking back at Benji
“She’s upstairs right now. She can’t sleep so we're trying to get her to sleep” Benji said leading him upstairs.
“Alright” Joel said following him.
They reached the top of the steps and walked down the hall and turned to their left opening the door and walking in. Kelsey looked up as Benji walked in with Joel. Joel smiled, ”hey Kelsey” he looked at Hilary, “Hilary”
Hilary was lying on her side with her back to Joel. She looked over at him, “what do you want Joel?” she asked
“I came to talk to you” Joel said sitting down on the bed by her
“Why? So you can tell me some more lies?” Hilary asked getting angry
Joel looked down at his hands, “no Hilary” he said looking up at her
Kelsey stood up, “well me and Benji are gonna let you two talk. I'll come back up in a little bit to check on you Hilary. And we'll get you to sleep”
Hilary nodded as Kelsey and Benji walked out. Joel got up and walked around the bed and sat down by Hilary, “look Hilary I'm sorry... I know I've been an asshole lately its just that I'm so freaked out about being a dad and I don't know I'm just so selfish!”
Hilary looked up at him, “Joel I really don't want to talk about this right now... “
“Hilary please” Joel said moving some of her hair out of her face, “I’m really sorry...”
Hilary looked up at him, “no you're not. You just want me around so you can have sex with me then move on to another girl!”
“No I don't Hilary” Joel said
Hilary glared at him, “then what the fuck do you call what you did to me three months ago? Huh? You told me you loved me and I believed you and had sex with you! And two days later you brush me off like I was just some hooker you picked up!”
“I know I shouldn't have done that. I was just scared of this whole parenting thing. I just don't think I'm going to be a good father. I suck at this stuff” Joel said looking to the side
Hilary had tears in her eyes, “I’m scared about this whole parenting thing too but you don't see me treating you like shit. I actually want to work this out so our baby doesn't have to go through what I had to go through when I was growing up. Only living with one parent and not knowing the other parent until I was ten years old! Or having her go through what you did Joel. I don't want that for our baby Joel.”
“I don't either... that’s why I had to think about all this shit and I think we should just start over and make this work because I really do love you with all my heart” Joel said running his hand along her cheek
Hilary had tears coming down her face, “I love you too Joel with all my heart”
Joel wiped her tears away with his thumbs smiling at her, “I love you too with all my heart and I'm sorry for causing you so much pain”
Hilary smiled a little, “I forgive you but if you do it again I'm done”
“Trust me baby it wont happen again” he said hugging her
“Good” she said wiping some of her tears away, “will you help me fall asleep please?” she asked
“Of course” Joel said smiling as he layed down beside her.
Hilary rested her head on his chest and had her left leg over Joel. Joel smiled at her and wrapped his arms around her running his hand through her hair, “do you want me to sing to you?” he asked
Hilary looked up at him smiling, “yes please do” she said, “any song will work”
“Alright” Joel said smiling. Hilary closed her eyes listening waiting for him to start singing
Joel smiled down at her still running his hands through her hair as he began to sing, ”Oh I had a lot to say, Was thinking on my time away, I missed you and things weren't the same, Cause everything inside it never comes out right, And when I see you cry it makes me wanna die.” Joel looked down at Hilary still singing, “I’m sorry I'm bad, I'm sorry you're blue, I'm sorry about all the things I said to you, And I know I can't take it back, I love how you kiss, I love all your sounds, And baby the way you make my world go 'round, And I just wanted to say I'm sorry. ” he looked down at Hilary seeing her fast asleep in his arms whispering, “I’m sorry baby, I'm sorry baby, Yeah, I'm sorry.”
He smiled to himself and layed down next to Hilary still holding her and soon fell asleep
“Hilary what happened?” Kelsey asked walking into the room with a cup of green tea in her hands handing it to Hilary

Kelsey stood up, “well me and Benji are gonna let you two talk. I'll come back up in a little bit to check on you Hilary. And we'll get you to sleep”
