This was a great read, nice job. I loved the spin of the immortals, and how Horcruxes aren't an evil thing, or at least can be not evil. When Vernon Didn't Miss

Well, finally finished reading. I have to admit there were a few times I nearly stopped reading as I didn't appreciate what you did to some of the characters.
Just about lost me at the start when you offed Hedwig. Got a soft spot for that bird.
Nor was I very happy with what happened to Mooney. And Sirius was at best a minor character and not exactly displayed in the best of lights.
Now that I've gotten through thrownign rocks it's time to throw a few roses.
Overall I found that I enjoyed this story. It's flow was such that I was kept interested. I enjoyed some of of the punishments you dished out. Must say that Vernon's struck me as just flat evil. (Good evil) To know for certain that the next time you fell asleep you wouldn't be waking up would be one scary thing to think about. Wonder how long he lasted.
Got a chuckle out of Harry talking to the Welsh Green. Who knew dragons were fane?
As for 'chuckles' and the exploding portkey, that will teach pure-bloods that they need to learn a little bit about muggles, at least about how we blow each other up.
I have no problem with Harry and Hermione being 'light-grey' as their horcruxes came from sources that lost the right to live. So at least something good finally came out of thier miserable existances.
All and all I found this an interesting and entertaining story. One that can't just be skimmed over. One has to pay attention to keep up with what is going on.
Well worth the time. Thanks. When Vernon Didn't Miss

I have to say, reading the last chapter while listening to the appropriate 'soundtrack' certainly makes this story more interesting. I have enjoyed reading this story very much and thank you for writing it and posting it as well. However, I believe you might want to go over your story very closely and correct the spots in which two words are one, such as; Iwish, Therewas; things of that sort. Other than that I did not find any mistakes. When Vernon Didn't Miss

I like it though I wish the aftermath was longer and touched on more different things. When Vernon Didn't Miss

Wow. I love this story. I was really struck by how Luna offered herself to Hermione before she died. That was a powerful scene.
Great job :)When Vernon Didn't Miss

I never thought I would see an author attempt to make horcruxes into anything other than a particularly evil plot device, but this story turned that notion around - and rather neatly, at that. It's been a good long time since I've seen anything even remotely original in the Harry Potter fandom, but this story was a breath of fresh air. Thanks for the fun read.Author's response
Thanks! I'm glad you enjoyed the story!

Overall, an incredibly interesting story - you introduced your own new characters and societies well, and plausibly. I don't think I've ever seen anyone take the horcrux angle anywhere near the way you did, and you pulled it off incredibly well. Yes, the end was a bit off-balance, but by far it was an entirely enjoyable story.
I did notice a plotline (the Hallows) that kind of trailed off, though. I don't know if your direction in the story changed, or if you simply lost the thread of it in the overarching plot, but harry never did get the Elder wand or do anything with the Hallows, and although the Druids seem to have spread their religion fairly well in the end, there certainly wasn't anything remotely significant in Harry's part in it.
Anyway, other than that little issue (plothole?) its a great, incredibly novel story that completely sucked away my entire day. I'm looking forward to reading several of your other stories soon.
