I just found this story, and I love it. You manage to keep from having super!Harry casually pwn all. It's great that the various bad guys are smart and capable, too.Author's response
Thanks Banner.
Good to see you aboard. I dislike ‘Super Harry!’ stories intensely, as I consider them to be wholly unrealistic. Flaws are what make a character interesting. The only thing that keeps this version of Harry from being ‘Mister Invincible’ is that while he has the power, he doesn’t flaunt it. He’ll have a few occasions where he’ll need it, but other than that, he’s keeping it under wraps.
Bad guys: I also detest the paperdoll bad guys Rowling gave us. That’s one of the reasons I think Books 6 & 7 were ghosted. The villains went from being ‘Dr. Evil’ to something actually resembling villains. I make my baddies able to defeat the good guys, and on occasion, they do.

“There is some significant damage to the myelin sheathing at the neural termini.”
A monitor screen lit showing a three-dimensional graphic of the damaged nerve endings. At the termini, it looked as if they had been burnt…severely.
i'm sorry you do not get that kind of data from just a blood sample
now maybe if there was a chemical cause for the damage in the blood they might be able to extrapolate that they'd expect to find the damage in the person but that wouldn't give them enough information to determine all that was wrong with themAuthor's response
Heya goku,
Aah, you don’t get that kind of data from a blood sample using a current computer. ‘Mione is a sentient AI developed nearly a thousand years in the future. Haven’t you ever watched Star Trek TNG? That’s only three hundred years from now, man. More, while it isn’t stated clearly that he used other data he’d gotten from Frank and Alice, it said in part 11 (Errand of Mercy) “He passed a flat object with a clear screen on one side over the comatose Aurors. When it beeped, he thumbed it off and returned it to his belt.” Guess what that device was.

Harry flew the 'bug for a couple of reasons.
First, he backed up his memories and visits to the Little allowed him to prevent memory degradation as history continues to deviate from that path.
Second was convenience of carrying and using his advanced technomancy.
Author's response
Heya Blaze Stryker.
That’ll work! Plus he just likes flying the Doodlebug.
