  I wonder: if Harry declared the contract void, would Molly then cancel Ginny's obligation? And how long could Harry stall the proceedings?

  Good question. One must also ask what will Arthur do as he also has the right to declare the Ginny's side null as head of the family, and who else knows about it

  well, ron isn't that out of character in my eyes, but hermione is really really reallly out of it...i know you said there would be ooc, but for a girl who began spew (definitely without the .'s) it just doesn't befit to react like this to a marriage contract only to get access to books and money...she could get political influence through dumbledore if he really is her idol, wouldn't she? and how would she become so arrogant? she wasn't liked in her first year, ron disliked her...what about the troll? what happened to voldie? is he back already or not? when yes, how? the stone in first year? or the tournament and through cedrics blood?

  you definitely might want to find a beta, You seem to be right on the edge of greatness in your writing but then you have all these sentencing mistakes and your spelling is bad. You consistantly use words that can have more than one meaning. example: remember when you said no PEAKING, well the actual word you used is for "he hit his peak and he couldnt go any further" the actual word you needed was "PEEKING"

  I love it, I can say through reading a lot of fanfics that I am not a fan of the Weasleys or Hermione, although I cannot stand Ginny in any fic. I cant wait for Harry to burst Dumbles' bubble, and I really hope that he will not ingest the potion and switches it to somone else. I love Harry with Tonks, I think that he is way to mature to be friends with Ron and Hermione, they both are to jealous and self-centered.

  Wow. Nice story. I liked it.
  As a side note: In most countries adolescents below the legal age of majority are emancipated through marriage. So, if Ginny is married, she will be given full civil rights. She and Harry could end the marriage thought settlement.
  I don't think there is a way for Ginny's the parents to marry her AND keep their control over her.
  Sorry for my bad English. :p
