  Seriously, Hope was the first fic I read that wasn't Harry/Ginny, and so it has a special place in my list of favourite fics. It's really good to see a competent HP/GD fic. Most tend to completely screw up the french accent. :) Heck, some fics have Fleur/Gabby sounding more Germanic than Krum! Anyway, good work.

  This is a good start to this fic... Afew things to hit on through
  
  1) Some of the scenes were cut short and need to be expanded on
  
  2) Mr. Delacour timeline is messed up, you have him entering the Chamber but it's stated later on that Harry met him the first time the morning of the Thrid task.
  
  3) Dumbles committed an international crime by apparating into the coach and kidnapping Harry yet nothing is said.

  1. Your not the only reviewer who has commented on the lack of detail in the scenes. As this story is complete I'll need to pay attention to this in future stories.

  What do you mean 'this story is complete'? There is no why in Hell that this story is complete, at best, it's half-way completed! There is way too many other things to be resolved to leave it there.

  Great start to the story mate, why the hell didn't McGonagall listen to Harry that he didn't know how Gabby got into his bed? It's not like he did anything, shame. :P So Harry as got her as a companion, I think there is more then the teachers are letting on.
  
  What is going on with Dumbs, what has he got planned for Harry?
  
  Oh I like that Harry is free from his family:D

  Couple comments-- In the scene near the end where you say that Harry trust him because he is Gabrielle's father you have Harry saying he only met the man this morning, but he knew him for awile. Also, I guessing that the killing curse, took away the Holocrux, so no dreams in year 5, and no tricks to lead to Sirius death.

  Fun read here, and really something to see here, and hope to be able to see what might happen with Gab and Harry in the future, and what all this might mean for a definite change in things.
