I like Harry's deal with Voldemort and can't wait to see what happens. Are you going to have Snape back off? If not, I look forward to Harry stomping him, hopefully in a most humiliating way.Elementary Calculations

I don't know if I would be as forgiving and trusting of Voldemort as Harry is. Let's just see where this goes to.

The old Muggles nuke the Wizards argument -- but who's to say that the radiation would kill the Wizards? Perhaps that would only be doing the Death Eaters job for them -- wipe out the Muggles and leave England for the Wizards to inhabit. It might be that the radiation would enhance the Wizards' powers (now that would be a new twist).
But I am surprised by Harry's callousness about his parents. Perhaps an attempt to avoid the obvious caveat that Harry would not consort is this fashion with the murderer of his parents. But how would Harry's being mad at Voldemort tarnish his parent's sacrifice? That would be like saying being mad at Hitler would tarnish the Jew's parents who went to the gas chamber in her place. Any attempt to join Harry with Voldemort suffers from the fact that V murdered H's parents. Only if Harry is in someway deranged (which is possible given the treatment of the Dursleys) would he do so. But it seems from the next to the last 2 lines of Ch. 1 that Harry is not damaged enough by the Dursleys to be devoid of feeling for his parents.
